Accommodation prices are subject to seasonal changes and depend on the booking period, occupancy levels, and length of stay.

Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of a no-show, early departure, or cancellation.

Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is 1 EUR per person per day and is not included in the accommodation price.

Check-in: 14:00 – 20:00

Check-out: Until 10:00

Important Notes: Extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed.

Payment Methods

The reservation deposit can be paid using one of the following methods:

• Bank Transfer

• Payment Services: Wise, Western Union, PaySend, or similar services operating between Montenegro and your country.

Please note: The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.

We offer two types of modern units: Studio Economy and Studio Standard. All apartments are located in our family house, in a section dedicated entirely to our guests.

Our property is situated on a slight incline in a quiet part of Bečići (Budva), only 350 meters from Bečići beach. The location is perfect for those seeking peace while staying just a few minutes' walk from the sea.

Each studio is designed for a maximum of two guests and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable summer holiday (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchenette). For guests arriving by plane, we are happy to assist with organizing transfers from Tivat or Podgorica airports.

All our guests are provided with secure parking on-site or in the immediate vicinity, ensuring a worry-free stay in Bečići.
